Was not a fan of my visit. The pizza was okay but a little cold believe it or not when I got it. The crazy bread was really good as always and the only thing giving this rating 2 stars. The wings are awful here, taste like a frozen, fatty wing you'd get from the frozen food aisle at the grocery. I also tried the brownie they have and was really looking forward to it. This was probably the most disappointing item I received. The cookie dough was just mush and made a mess when it touched the packaging. ~Aric

Ill never recoment dinuba tmobile store terrible costumer service extra charges on services that i didnt requested or authorized they have been charging me for 3-4 months on those services and no information to who or when were added . All i hear is excuses to call costumer service and costumer service tells me go to the store they should be able to explained to you . New manager just told me couple days ago it was a system defult but still have not seen my credit back and line is actice . Took more than 10 complains and hours on the phone to tell me system defult. I honestly dont think it should take so much effort to fix it when if the owner of the account didnt authorized . ~Ricardo

Order a calazone with extra cheese, Barely any cheese and made it a note online. Do not order any lunch specials online, because they don’t honor it, even thought it’s 2:00pm. Got it burned and no extra cheese. Dinuba Me & Ed’s manager is timid and doesn’t even try to make things right. ~Jennifer

Cheryl was great!! Was helpful all around with the million questions I had while at the store looking for plumbing parts, and tool shopping in the Dewalt section. She explained all deals to me, which I greatly appreciate. She was ensuring that I got the best bang for my buck, to top it off she happened to be my cashier. With her great customer service, extremely friendly attitude, and going above and beyond to help me find everything I came in for plus much more.
