Ill never recoment dinuba tmobile store terrible costumer service extra charges on services that i didnt requested or authorized they have been charging me for 3-4 months on those services and no information to who or when were added . All i hear is excuses to call costumer service and costumer service tells me go to the store they should be able to explained to you . New manager just told me couple days ago it was a system defult but still have not seen my credit back and line is actice . Took more than 10 complains and hours on the phone to tell me system defult. I honestly dont think it should take so much effort to fix it when if the owner of the account didnt authorized .

Recently moved here from Stockton and came here because of some bill problems that the stores there have caused. Esteban helped me out and actually got this sorted for me. I switched from AT&T after 15 years of service because their service (both coverage and customer service) had really gone down the drain. So far, I'm loving T-Mobile. The coverage is better than AT&T and the customer service is excellent. T-Mobile Tuesdays is pretty cool and they pay for my Netflix. I like the fact that everything is unlimited and my bill of the exact same every month. The only thing I would like to see improved is the data coverage. Internet can be a little spotty, but I can always make calls and texts. Hopefully the merger with Sprint will fix that.

Fantastic service was immediately greeted by Representatives Jackie and Esteban upon coming through the front door. They were servicing two other customers ahead of me, but the wait time was minimal. I had an issue with a charge on my account that I did not authorize from another store but they managed to promptly remove. After all that the store manager Isaac, greeted me off making sure I had a wonderful experience during my visit. 10/10 would recommend

Went in for a warranty adjustment and when the rep there took my sim tray out it was broken.they said the only thing they could do was give me the new phone with the broken Sim tray at first I was fine but then a piece of plastic from the Sim tray was stuck inside my old phone. Then they said if I can get it out they would adjust it. When I took it home I instead called TMobile to see what they can do and they said they would cover the 175 fee. I got more help form a rep over the phone than actual people. I will no longer do business there due to the don't recommend at all.

The staff here is amazing!! They helped me with my problem not only did they help but they reduce the amount I owed and put my account up to date! Very friendly staff management is the most wonderful thing that T-Mobil could ever have! The staff in this location is the best which makes my T-Mobil experience amazing!! I am switching over to T mobile from AT&T, so I called my local store and Ana answered all my questions and even had some helpful tips about what to do or my options if i didn't want an installment plan, like go for a free phone or just get a cheap phone so if I do end up having to pay in installments it wont be so high. Very pleased with costumer service so today i will be going over to there store and will join the T mobile family. Thanks Ana for all your help. (was on the phone asking her a million and one questions)

Good customer service. Do be forewarned that the built-in Samsung data transferral program does not transfer all your internal data. When switching phones, make sure you back up your data somewhere else. I wound up having to compress multiple folders so I could send them via NFC to my new phone. These folks were so generous letting me stay past closing to do that!
