I've never been so frustrated working with a company. Each month I am charged for a new session, yet it is impossible to book a massage within 30 days. Due to COVID I accrued months worth of sessions because they still charged me even though they were closed. In an effort to use some of my banked sessions I took 2 friends to get services with me. They only allowed me to transfer 1 session! I had to pay cash for the 2nd friend!! When I tried to cancel the membership they said I only have 60 days to use all of my sessions or I will lose them ( I can barely get 1 massage scheduled in 60 days let alone 18)! Even though I have already paid for all of the sessions!! When I asked how I can stop accruing sessions and still keep the ones I've already purchased I was informed I can pay a monthly fee to put my membership on hold. In other words- I need to pay more money to be able to use the money I already spent!! ~Caroline
