If I could I would give 0 stars. I will definitely not be returning to this location. I put in my order 2hrs prior to a scheduled pickup time believing my order would be ready on time. When I arrived I was informed my order was not even started and that it would be 15min plus to be ready. One would think ordering hours prior the order would be ready.....this is not the case. What bothered me the most was the attitude and rudeness given. I will admit while not my proudest moment I threw attitude back out of irritation. Definitely not returning. This wasn't the only time with horrible experience. ~Pam

I've never been so frustrated working with a company. Each month I am charged for a new session, yet it is impossible to book a massage within 30 days. Due to COVID I accrued months worth of sessions because they still charged me even though they were closed. In an effort to use some of my banked sessions I took 2 friends to get services with me. They only allowed me to transfer 1 session! I had to pay cash for the 2nd friend!! When I tried to cancel the membership they said I only have 60 days to use all of my sessions or I will lose them ( I can barely get 1 massage scheduled in 60 days let alone 18)! Even though I have already paid for all of the sessions!! When I asked how I can stop accruing sessions and still keep the ones I've already purchased I was informed I can pay a monthly fee to put my membership on hold. In other words- I need to pay more money to be able to use the money I already spent!! ~Caroline

We tried this place for the first time last weekend. We like the lo mein and the other stuff was ok. But the wings were delicious!! The lady cashier could learn to be nice and smile. And it was so cold in there it made the food get cold fast. But we want to give it another chance to try other things. ~Lorena

Pretty good place other than there is always one person working in there who is taxed to death trying to serve 7 8 9 people at a time. It's insanely expensive unless you do the package deal. And still not cheap but it's a lot better deal as far as spray tan goes ~V.
