I’ve never had a bad experience at little Caesar’s until this one I asked for a hot and ready and they had one I ordered a crazy bread on top and it took them an hour to get it all out to me after telling me it was a 15 minute wait when I got my sauce they filled it half way the bread sticks were super thin like little sticks

If I could I would give 0 stars. I will definitely not be returning to this location. I put in my order 2hrs prior to a scheduled pickup time believing my order would be ready on time. When I arrived I was informed my order was not even started and that it would be 15min plus to be ready. One would think ordering hours prior the order would be ready.....this is not the case. What bothered me the most was the attitude and rudeness given. I will admit while not my proudest moment I threw attitude back out of irritation. Definitely not returning. This wasn't the only time with horrible experience.

I pick up little Ceasars from time to time. This past experience wasn't one of the best. Somehow they lost my order. I had been waiting for an hour since I placed my order. At the end they apologized and added crazy bread and wings with my order. Which is nice. Unfortunately my Pizza was kinda soggy, but what do you expect. They're not exactly the greatest Pizza. I would have given them 2 stars if not for their courtesy.

Placed order at 2:54 pm for a pickup at 5:30pm. Said to be ready for pickup at 5:30-5:35. Arrived at location at 5:35. Young lady at front desk was trying her best to appease customers. Finally got my order at 5:51 and they didn't even hand it to me as I was already there waiting and I was the last person they spoke to. Very frustrating experience to say the least. Maybe don't order ahead since everybody got their order who didn't order ahead.

They take forever to make pizza, even on the slow days. The staff is also extremely rude and very clearly hate talking to any customers. I had waiting the 30 mins they said it was gonna take for my order and then when I asked for my order they said it was gonna be another 20 minutes and they refused to move my order up after giving me a terrible estimate. I asked for the manager but apparently she was in the restroom and didn’t come out for the remaining 30 minutes I had to wait for my pizza. I don’t know how 30 mins turns into an hour. Avoid this place at all cost.

Usually have a good experience but placed my order through the app today and received an email stating that pizza was ready when I got there they kept telling me 5 more minutes for the next 40 minutes… people who just placed an order were getting their orders before me…

The pizza portal is broken most of the time. They are severely understaffed on the weekends. There are usually lines out the door just to pick up your pizza. Placing an order online ahead of time is a waste. This is nothing against the people that work there, but they are understaffed. Place is okay during the day when it's not busy. Good cheap pizza.

Place is horribly run!!!! Just want to say STEPHANIE was great (apologize if I spelled her name wrong) she was the cashier with a busy line while the 3 other workers that looked like manger or supervisors just argued amongst themselves looking at a monitor not helping at all. This place deserves all these ratings. I just got a notification that my order is ready but they can’t put it in the portal. When I was there there was only 1 pizza in the portals! Lol

Worst service I have ever encountered....0 stars if possible. Ordered online and went in 45 mins later as instructed.. and they tell me it will be another hour wait..even though they are telling walk ins a 1hour wait..so I ask for the manager because the girl behind the register was absolutely no help and wasn't comprehending what I was asking. Why would it be a hour and 45min wait for me? Only thing I was told was we will give you a refund.. not answering my question...why was it a hour and 45min wait for me but only a hour for everyone else??? Will definitely be contacting corporate..this franchise needs to be shut down!
