Exceptional experience! My vehicle looks absolutely beautiful and was finished a week earlier than promised. All staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and good with communication and follow-up. In addition they were patient with me as I worked my way through a warranty issue with another company and then helpful when I decided to do the repairs through my own insurance policy. Donna and team helped me to understand that FJ's are a bit of a challenge to work on, so I was even more thrilled when she brought in a windshield expert that had replaced multiple FJ windshields in the past. (Replacement by an inexperienced tech at another company is what damaged my vehicle). My FJ is my "baby", I've had her since brand new. I'm really particular about how work is done and the result of the work. I'm 100% satisfied with the job done at Henson's Fix Auto Escondido. They also helped me get to the rental car agency down the street, and when I came to pick up my car I was able to leave the rental with them for pick up. Easy!
