I’ve been going to this station for the longest time, good prices and all. But my recent experience has turned everything sour. When going in to prepay, I asked for pump four, it got confused somehow that I somehow said “one” (I even put up 4 fingers to clearly communicate past the masks). The workers pump my gas to the wrong pump, and instead of letting me explain, the worker reprints my receipt when I come in, turning me away. When I finally come in for a third time, this is when he begins claiming that I said 1 instead of 4. He begins yelling at me that I said the wrong thing, gaslighting me, and then telling me that all my gas was already pumped to another person. On top of it all, he begins telling me to track down and talk to the person they pumped my gas to, who had already left several minutes before. $60 down the drain to fill another person’s tank while I now have to shell out another $50. While I’m keeping myself level, he’s yelling more and more, going on the phone to call somebody else. Needless to say, I don’t care if I have to pay higher prices somewhere else, I’m never coming back. Normally, I’m willing to give benefit of the doubt to somebody having a bad day, but when it comes to this point, that’s where it ends. ~Eliza
