Best yarn store in Foothill Ranch, California (CA) 2024

Between the big three of the craft stores, each having things the others don't, Michael's seems to have better pricing on many things they all have a tendency to carry, as well as somewhat more proactive helpful staff! ~mstv02

9/26/22 cashier:504672, Debra ticket: 22256, I’ve been going to this store for 13 years in Foothill Ranch and I usually love this store and the girls who work there but this time I get to the counter with my items and get my app opened with a coupon and the women at the cashier, named Debra tells me “this is 40% off you don’t need a coupon,” and I tell her I always have ladies at the cashier help me with coupons and I’m not sure why she isn’t but she goes on to tell me she’s worked there a long time and she doesn’t care, I looked at her name and she said, “take my name I don’t care.” So I tell her I know you don’t care you've told me twice that you don’t care in the 30 seconds I’m standing here! I’m sure Joann’s fabrics would not want their name tarnished because someone decided to express herself in such a rude and negative way ~JoAnne
