Their pumps leak gas when you’re using them. Got gasoline all over my hand and the side of my car. I recommend going less than a minute down the street to the Mobil so you’re getting all of the gas you’re paying for. ~Jenna

Came in here today and was accosted by an unhinged and irrational clerk. I simply attempted to use a Marlboro coupon, the same ones I’ve used at this store for years, only to be accused of being a thief and denied service. When I asked for an explanation or if the policy had changed I was just yelled at even more. To make it worse the employee decided it was a good idea to begin to talk and point at me to another employee in their native language. How rude!!! All it takes is a simple matter of training. All I did was present the coupon to receive the treatment. Stay away from this 7-eleven. ~VertexMediaGroup

Tried two cards at the pump and both got declined. Went inside told the cashier about the cards getting declined, she seemed very uninterested. After not understanding her English I end up paying inside. Come to find out the pump tried charging both of my cards $100.00 not sure what the issue is with the card readers? Hope managers/owners can train staff in common customer service. ~jon
