Our LG dishwasher quit working after just 1 year. we tried everything we knew to fix it, but to no avail. We called Bowmans to explain our issue and then scheduled an appointment. The owner came out with an apprentice. He was patient and explained what he was doing and why. After about 15 minutes, he knew what was wrong. The drain pump went out. He ordered the part and two days later he came back and installed it. Yay!! My dishwasher is working again!! The owners are a wonderful team. We highly recommend this company.
