My gas oven stopped working a couple of weeks ago, and a friend recommended Bowman's. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Vanessa, who was very nice and informative. She apologized that they didn't have a quicker repair appointment available, but I figured that was a good sign they are busy and popular. The repair person, Alex, arrived promptly today, and followed contact directions (i.e. didn't ring the doorbell and get the dogs barking, which I appreciated!). He was friendly, professional, prepared, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to repair my oven immediately ( replaced the igniter). Prices were transparent and reasonable. I would definitely use them again as needed, and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to others. I'm just happy to get back to baking! Service: Oven repair

Alex, the service tech, was on time, professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the machine in my home. I'm a renter, so the Washer/Dryer came with the place. Bowman's Appliance has worked on my machine before, and Alex gave me the complete low-down, what he'd done (years back even) and what I would have to deal with. Our LG dishwasher quit working after just 1 year. we tried everything we knew to fix it, but to no avail. We called Bowmans to explain our issue and then scheduled an appointment. The owner came out with an apprentice. He was patient and explained what he was doing and why. After about 15 minutes, he knew what was wrong. The drain pump went out. He ordered the part and two days later he came back and installed it. Yay!! My dishwasher is working again!! The owners are a wonderful team. We highly recommend this company. We felt they were honest and reliable and we loved supporting a local family owned business. Thank you.

I was so pleased with Alex & Bowmans Appliance Repair! I had a emergency repair that needed to be done with my washer & he was able to come out the next day to fix it. I am so incredibly thankful for him & the business! They are a great small family run business, who also offers discounts for veterans, seniors & also cash discounts. Our experience with Bowman's was smooth, affordable and even enjoyable. Customer service is extremely important to me. Mike, the repair tech was friendly and professional. He took the time to speak with my son who had lots of questions, give rubs to our dog and even explained what he was doing and what was wrong with our dishwasher to me in layman's terms. He found the part we needed at an affordable price and when the part was delivered just a few days later he had it installed quickly. He also provided local small business recommendations of where to purchase appliances in the future when the time comes OTHER than big box stores. Have to give a shout out to this local biz! I have never had to have my dryer fixed before and I wasn’t sure where to begin. Bowman’s came up when I searched so I called them.
