Best grocery store in Hanford, California (CA) 2024

What happened to the good prices? Admit it people- prices here are just as high here as any market. Where are all the inexpensive canned goods? Especially the variety of unique jams and jellies. Just like Smart & Final- you all ruined the whole thing and removed a valuable resource from downtown shoppers. This store has no use for me whatsoever. I do have to say, the employees are SO nice, so friendly. I wish I’d be seeing them again; but I won’t. Don’t be a follower. See it for what it is- they came to north side to take advantage of us. The prices are just as high as Save Mart’s. ~Analia

Since it got new owners this place has been pretty cool the guy there is very nice ~P.

Great produce, awesome variety and selection across the board, and I appreciate they have bulk options both for businesses and homes without having to make another trip to Costco. I’m not a fan of the people that hang out in the parking lot and around this strip of stores but Smart and Final is one of the best options for groceries in town ~Kristin

This Save Mart was my main grocery store as I grew up in Hanford, and over 20 years later, I still love visiting it when I'm back in town to see what's new and what's the same. It's still one of my mom's regular stores. The sale prices are pretty good and it's kept quite clean. I checked out the artisan cheese selection and found it nice, with a solid variety of cheeses from across California, Wisconsin, and some quality imports as well. ~Beth
