The team at this location is friendly when available, but US Bank as a whole is remarkably disappointing in the low bar of service, high fees, and zero value they provide customers. They’re the type of old world bank that competes with keeping your money in a mattress, with little care in providing any value to customers. ~Noah

I had the the worst experience. Junior fixed my car’s cooling system and radiator back a few months ago. Yesterday, the car started overheating so I came back to see him today. I asked Junior to simply look at the car and advice me if he can fix it so I can come back accordingly. He was very rude and kept dismissing me for no apparent reason. I will not be coming back here and I don’t recommend this place. ~Ghaleb
