this station has been making fraudulent charges on my account and when I called to confirm whether or not these charges were legitimate, i was told no one knew what i was talking about and because there were customers in the shop that i couldn't be spoken to and was hung up on. when my husband called back to get the managers name, he was also hung up on. Crooks! don't go here

I had the the worst experience. Junior fixed my car’s cooling system and radiator back a few months ago. Yesterday, the car started overheating so I came back to see him today. I asked Junior to simply look at the car and advice me if he can fix it so I can come back accordingly. He was very rude and kept dismissing me for no apparent reason. I will not be coming back here and I don’t recommend this place.

I was in immediate need of a good auto mechanic as my check engine light came on. I remembered the Mobil Station on the corner of El Toro Rd. and Moulton where I get my gas. They also have a full service garage. I didn't even have an appointment but was greeted at once by Alicia, Service Manager, with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional demeanor. The mechanic ran a quick diagnostic check to discover the exact nature of the problem and made the necessary repair. I was shocked by the reasonable rate, and how they were so attentive and got me on my way again with ease. I highly recommend the Laguna Woods Mobil Station to everyone!

This is by Far the WORST MECHANIC SHOP with the most DISRESPECTFUL manager who goes by the name “Mike”. I took my Jaguar 2007 to his shop to fix the leak in my engine coolant. One week after leaving my car at his shop, he supposedly had “fixed” the coolant leak. To my surprise, I took my car back after it was done, the ENGINE light was on. So I went back to tell him why my engine light is on and that my coolant alarm is still on, stating there’s a leak again. His response was “why would you buy such an old and expensive car. You shouldn’t buy this type of car, obviously it’s going to have problems. I fixed what I could and that’s all I will do.” I was taken aback by his disrespectful, and condescending comments. First off, no mechanic or anyone has a right to tell their customers “why would you buy an old and broken car.” Then, to top it off, he tells his coworkers to not touch the car and that he won’t fix it. I walked out extremely disappointed with this “MANAGERS” behavior towards his CUSTOMER. So I gave it another week, waited to see if my engine light turns off and coolant stops leaking. Turns out it became worse. So I decided to give it a second try and take it back to MIKE and have him fix what he apparently made worse. Once again, I was faced with an aggressive, condescending and disrespectful mechanic/MANAGER. MIKE does not know how to speak professionally and RESPECTFULLY with his customers. Why is he even the manager ? How is this place even being operated? He told me to leave the premises and that he wouldn’t fix my car whatsoever. I am EXTREMELY frustrated at this Mobil gas stations mechanic shop. Disappointed, would be an understatement. Something has to be done. People take their cars to mechanics so they can fix the issue, not rip people off their money and break more things while “fixing” the main issue.

I am in my 70's and have arthritis in my hands and had trouble, actually letting air out of my tires instead of putting it in. The clerk in the store tried to get one of the two mechanics to help me. They refused. The clerk told me to drive around to the bays and they would help me there. I did, there were no cars in the bays and the two mechanics were sitting around doing nothing. They refused to help me, saying they weren't a full-service station and I should drive to a tire store. I explained my one tire was down to 19 psi and I didn't think I should drive on it. They said they didn't care and I should go away. So I did; and I'll drive out of my way to never get gas there again.

i went here for several years and sent by my mechanic. Had coupon from my mechanic Bob-Sheuster and Sons -great honest mechanic in Laguna Beach, and was taken care of very well. Once i didn't pass and he didn't charge me until my mechanic fixed it. Then he only charged me for 1 time. My car had a real problem that time. I always go there with Bob's Sheuster's coupons.
