Dont get your uhaul items from here. My truck and trailer weren't ready at the appropriate time as promised. Agent could have cared less. We had to move trailers around to get to ours and then attach it ourselves!!!! Thank God I had family with me because I have RA and could not have done it! Agent had very poor attitude and was VERY demeaning!!!!!!! ~Sue
