Dont get your uhaul items from here. My truck and trailer weren't ready at the appropriate time as promised. Agent could have cared less. We had to move trailers around to get to ours and then attach it ourselves!!!! Thank God I had family with me because I have RA and could not have done it! Agent had very poor attitude and was VERY demeaning!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Unneeded to rent a uhaul truck and the owner of this business could careless, that I needed help to rent a uhaul. Then spoke in a soft tone so it was hard to understand. The uhaul truck he rented to me had issues shifting into second gear. When I returned the vehicle the same owner had his head down looking at his phone for at least 30 seconds before looking up to me handing him the keys to the rental truck. He pointed his finger up and told me give me a minute as he continued to text someone on his phone. Then he looked up and just stared at me... I gave him the keys and asked “is that it” he said “no, give me a minute” and continued to text on his phone. Then he walked to the rental truck tested it out and told me it would be $50.86, later I looked at my bill and noticed I was charged over $52. I obviously don’t care about the dollar difference, I do wonder how many other people he is scamming, telling them one price and up charging them. As a new homeowner in the area, I am not wasting my time spending any money here again especially if they are going to care more about texting then dealing with a customer for 2 minutes. Oh yea!? And scam you

Went here to return u-haul truck my son rented to move, the clerk has us in and out in 20 minutes. Was thankful we could return the truck on a Sunday afternoon. We don't drink so we weren't there for liquor but it seemed like a friendly neighborhood store.

The tall guy that works here took my $2 cigarette coupon and only gave me $1 off. I go back inside to resolve the issue and he tells me, "We don't take $2 coupons. Only up to $1." I said, "Oh. That's your store policy?" He said yes and I asked him why he didn't tell me that when I handed him the coupon. He didn't care to answer me. We went back and forth. He was being rude and didnt want to refund my money, so I grabbed the coupon back up off the counter and left. He followed me out to the car and reached in and I put my hands up and he pushed through, trying to grab the cigarettes off the dash.
