We worked with Mikayla and we ordered both bike plus and tread. We initially received news that our stuff wouldn’t be available until 3 months after we paid. However, the wonderful Mikayla saved the day and somehow got both bike and tread to come to our place in a week! She’s responsive, polite, nice, and gets things done. Go to the store, ask for Mikayla, and you’ll be taken care of! Knowledgeable of course on all things Peleton. Thanks again!

Great piece of equipment for your gym. The bikes are about $2000 and the monthly fee is $40. Unfortunately some of the bike instructors have become social justice warriors, often inserting their politics into the classes. I sold my bike and can no longer support this company and it’s woke instructors.

One of the best if not thee best big-ticket purchase experience I've ever had. I've been seriously researching a Peloton bike for 18 months. I turn 60 in March and thought it would be a perfect gift for myself. I've done every type of fitness there is for the past 40 years. Spinning has been in my top three favorites of high-intensity workouts. I'm unable to attend classes in a gym because they either don't match my schedule and cycling studios are too expensive for my budget. I knew exactly what package I wanted to purchase. I walked into the store and was greeted very warmly by several of the employees. I had already spoken with Amanda on the phone a few days earlier -- she was just as pleasant and helpful. Mikayla helped me with my purchase. She did not upsell me in any way and, in fact, she pulled together a package of what I needed instead of selling me a package that included things I already owned like earbuds and weights. She fitted me for shoes just in case the ones I already owned (which were at home) did not work with the Peloton bike, and took my bike measurements for the installer. She worked up the numbers which were $300.00 less than the package I expected to buy due to Mikayla's excellent customer awareness. Also, Peloton will give me $100.00 off as a referral from my friend who also received a $100.00 certificate to use on the Peloton showroom where they have lots of cool accessories and workout clothing. Lastly, as a really nice gesture, before I even finalized the sale which I had to do on my phone at home, she generously gave me a Peloton hat and water bottle, which she did not have to do. I am thrilled! I got home and clicked the financing link Mikayla sent me and in less than three minutes, I was done and set up on auto-pay. I was thrilled to obtain Peloton's 0% financing plan. My bike will be delivered in about a 10 days and I will be spinning my life away! I highly recommend the Boca Raton Towne Center store. I was treated really well, they answered all of my questions (and I had several) -- the whole experience was fantastic! Thank you, Mikayla, Amanda and Peloton! By the way, I thought the controversial Peloton commercial was fantastic and not in any way offensive -- it was just another one of many reasons I purchased a Peloton today.

My wife and I took a long vacation to Florida. We were away from our bike and didn't want to miss rides. The staff treated us like gold. They gave us waters and towels. They went above and beyond to treat us great even though we already owned a bike! Everyone on the staff was amazing!
