Been sitting at the register waiting for over 10mins for a price match so we can check out still no one coming very poor customer service and a lack of care on the managers part cashier was nice told 2 different managers she need a price override and neither one helped her

Most of the time i can find what i need for the kids. Wish the shoe selection was bigger. Prices are on the higher end and most of it you can find cheaper elsewhere. Hit and miss on employees being helpful and speaking. No major complaints this visit.

The sport and outdoor ‘Walmart’. It’s huge. I only saw about a quarter of the facility. Shortly upon entering we were greeted. I asked were the braces were. Instead of telling us, he took us right to them. Points there. I get lost easy. From there we were on our own. After braces we checked out shoes. It was an impressive selection that took some navigating. They aren’t like department store we’re you have people to help you in each section. So it took a minute to figure it out. But we were able to find what we needed. Check out was quick. The lady was friendly. We’d shop here again!

Store manager Melanie went out of her way to help me and I appreciate it! I drove from Lake City and was going to arrive about two minutes after nine when they closed at nine. I called and Melanie had my online order sitting at the front waiting for me and made sure that I got what I needed! I highly recommend this location!

I came into Academy to shop for clothes for a close family member that had just been murdered. I had the most amazing young lady help me. I wish I could remember her name. She was working up front and has beautiful red hair. She was so kind to me. I will never forget how she went out of her way to show me kindness and compassion! I know she was put on my path that day for a reason!

Great location. rooms had an iron, stand up shower mini fridge and microwave. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced even though it was peak summer travel session. Would definitely stay here again.

I have a love/hate relationship with Academy. Their selections are huge which is good, but there are so many items I get overwhelmed. Their products are usually well made, but their prices are high. I shop there often, but I also leave without buying anything frequently. Let me just add that the store is very clean, the staff is always helpful, and it's always fun to be up on all the latest sports related products.
