The Milford, Ma CVS at 137 South Main Street is the worst! They staff rude employees especially Dan who is giving a bad name to CVS for his degrading demeanor! Then you have a lead tech that thinks she knows it all but doesn’t even know the policies and has more to educate herself on. Then worst of all a pharmacist Maralynn that shouldn’t even be a pharmacist because it’s clear she has NO idea what she is doing, she doesn’t know the policies, procedures, and can’t even use the technology correctly and worst of all they all have poor customer service and do NOT care about customers!

Not use this Pharmacy if you really in emergency and pain.I had a bad experience with the pharmacy lady, she was so rude and filled my half prescription medicine so, even I can't transfer my prescription to other pharmacy due to the insurance starts running under them. I had to drive half an hour to get prescription medicine and paid from my pocket. Very bad and rude lady to the patients. If clinic close at 8 then CVS pharmacy should open till 9 and on website they said open 24 hours, and it closed at 6:55pm, Shame...you don't deserve in help service or close the store/pharmacy permenantly if you don't want to be helpful.

poor customer service especially the indians! i have work for cvs as a service clerk, you should treat customers with respect and great service, today 11/11/22 at 4:00 pm i went in and there was an indian men who treated a lady that was infront of me so bad manner and whennwas my turn he didnt ask if i had rewards if i have cvs card or phone number for points, i had to tell him i have my my number so all he said ok And clicking the screen he said “SHIT”, the he took my items and bang it on the counter like OMG. if they dont want to work why do CVS have people working like this with bad service! would never go back again there and yes i am switching pharmacy!

CVS on South Main Street, Milford , MA. All the aisles are open 24 Hours including the pharmacy. Looking for a late night snack? Got the munchies or you wanna pick up a prescription at 3:00 am, this is the place to come. They have a great selection of products, munchie, ice cream —and don’t forget the digital coupons. I’ve had so many $5.00 off anything in the store when you spend $10.00 that it’s not even funny. CVS shines from 12:00am to 5:30 am. 🤐

As busy as the pharmacists were, they took their time with me. I was having difficulty signing my Mom up for a covid booster. They asked permission to use my phone and set my Mom’s appointment up for me. They were accommodating and friendly. Thank you for helping me out today.

Clean CVS...they have good customer service and pharmacists will help you if you need to ask them questions. Overall great experience at this CVS.

Do not use this pharmacy. They do not answer the phone. I got a text message to call them about my prescription. I tried to call them (on hold for 45 minutes). Since I could not get through, I went to the store. The head pharmacist actually told me that she does not answer the phone, that she does not have enough help. She actually said, "Do you want to come and work for me?" Wow! I am now trying to get through to them to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I even tried to connect to the front store for help and she said all she could do is transfer me. Again, absolutely no help! It looks like I will have to take another drive to the store. I would stay away from the CVS on South Main Street like the plague.

I had to speak to a pharmacist called at 11:30 AM on a Monday was on hold no one ever picked up was on hold for 25 minutes, hung up and I Called another CVS on medway rd. they answered right away was able to get my medication answer, Had to go to this CVS on South Main Street later in the day to pick up a Prescription witnessed phone ringing about 7 employees just going about their business ignoring the phone.. No one ever answered the person must have just hung up got fed up like I did earlier. Which is what I think they hope happens. Why don't they just Put an outgoing message saying that They're not gonna bother answering the phone instead of putting you on hold for the next available customer service person at the pharmacy That will never answer How disgusting is that!

What a horribly run store. I have never been to a pharmacy that has no stock. Nothing for feminine hygiene, no pain management meds, no food even. Rude and I do mean rude employees, and they are not at all willing to be helpful. I work for a delivery company for personal shopping. I won't ever subject a customer to this store again and on a personal level I would never ever shop here for myself.

This place is the absolute worst. I don't even want to give them one star. The amount of time they make you wait on the phone is insulting. They are rude. Every single person I have ever dealt with in this specific CVS has been short, curt, dismissive and rude. There is nothing friendly, kind or inviting about this CVS. Drive to Uxbridge or the other side of Milford. Better yet, do what I did and move on to Walgreens. No one should be treated the way this CVS treats their customers. I will also be contacting the corporate office.
