We bought a range and install. They sent the wrong part and have been unable to cook food for days. We can't find the part we need. Best Buy customer service literally hung up on me. This company is an utter failure from the top down. I will be filing a BBB report. Edit: I went in store and Josh, one of the managers there was beyond helpful and just amazing. The company over all provides nothing that resembles customer service. Their overseas call center will out right lie to you to get off the phone. Josh is amazing though

I called and talked to the geek squad ahead of time. European guy. Easy to identify. he said they could do a 4-hour download to reset my phone from Korea. I have a Samsung A53. that I set up but couldn't remember the Email or password. Well, when I got there some other geek told me he had no idea of what I was talking about. so I started to explain what was said to me. Then the manager or head of the geek squad came over and asked me what was going on. So I started to explain my story to him and he was like I was selling him something. He's like I have no idea what you're talking about. We only work on computers and walked away and told the other guy to come to help him in the back. Very shady and bogus employees.

Was told my Samsung phone was under warranty then after waiting for over 3 hours to have it repaired was told that they missed something so now it's gonna cos me $350. When I called to speak to a manager they hung up on me do not take your Samsung products here people, do not shop here!

Awesome help offered. They are redesigning the store it seems. Everything we wanted to look at would have an alarm go off if we touched it, so beware you need a very light touch. Otherwise it was pleasant!

Went to ask about a printer I bought that locked up on me after only printing 62 labels. I stood in line then was told they moved customer service line so had to go to other side of store where they then told me I had to go back to the other line. $167 printer and they want $100 to look at it. No returns after 14 days. I was also there to look at refrigerators and after walking up and down the isles and no help I finally had to look for someone who told me she would get someone over to help me, nobody ever came to help me. I went to Lowe’s after that and bought a very nice $2,111.74 refrigerator from the nicest young man named Tanner. I live in Fairview Heights so I will spread my awful experience at your store to as many as possible.

Tobias was very helpful and helping me to select an air conditioner since mine went out in this very hot weather! All of the agents were very helpful and considerate when I shopped at Best Buy this past week.

It's a typical big-box electronics store. Employees were difficult to find when product questions arose. Once we did find someone, he searched our questions on his phone. While there's nothing wrong with this, I had already done that and couldn't find the answer myself. Their selection is decent. Financing options are a plus with big purchases. IMPORTANT NOTE; 🚩Do your research and spec/ price/rebate comparisons before shopping. Ameren usually offers lower prices and better rebates for some items (appliances, smart home, energy efficiency) on their online marketplace (we bought a Google Nest Learning thermostat from Ameren). BestBuy will *not* price match with Ameren, because they're not considered a retail store. Ameren wins this one.

Mr. Jim helped me with my purchase. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. He did my order, explained all the items that was needed and never hesitated to change the order to fit my needs.

I'm a Shipt shopper. Almost every time I pickup orders from here it is a long wait, and team members are not helpful. The photo below shows the area Shipt shoppers have to go to pick up orders. It's all dependent on a doorbell system that sometimes creates a long wait for picking up orders. My first order here was very hard to find this area, as it is only labeled with a small sticker (the circle on the door in the photo). When I asked team members for help they told me to go to the back of the store, and then that team member sent me to the front of the store. It's never fun getting the run around when you're trying to drop off multiple orders.
