Seems to have had a total change over of staff. Needed help getting paper work copied from a website. Two younger men helped at 8pm on the 16th of April. Young lady cashier was ready to answer questions. I had decided not to come back the last time I was in there. Really has improved.

I called about what was their fastest category of ethernet cable. (Cat. 5, Cat. 6, etc.) 6 is what they carry... Ok mostly standard. My problem is Im talking your "tech specialist" and he was under the impression that Cat. 7 doesn't exist. Since that is what I am looking for. I had to inform the specialist that cat7 exists. Btw faster then that exists as well. Im staring right at it on Amazon. As I typed this out I was originally going to give 3 stars.. Changed it to 2 cause I remembered his attitude as well. So sorry to disrupt you during business hours and have you answer a quick question about the products you carry in your store. Not like we are in a pandemic or anything. Maybe I was trying to find out if a trip to your store was warranted or not during this crazy time. Dont worry I wont be calling or going back to your store, I wouldnt want to disrupt you from you probably just sitting at a desk or service counter. I could go on and on but I have other things to do, not spending any more of MY time or MY money in your establishment.

Very clean store and well maintained. This place never seems busy but it is a go to place for office supplies. It is not pricey either. The staff is also super kind and helpful whenever I have an issue,

The staff was helpful, the store was clean there self service equipment didn't work and the gentleman that was helping didn't seem to understand why. They have changed their prices for faxes and printing so that's all your doing, go somewhere else 2$ per page is ridiculous.

This review is for the copy center - their employees are very under-trained, and were no help to me at all. I worked in the copy center in Decatur and Springfield in college. I knew how to get the job done, and how to use all the machines. The gal I talked to (didn't get her name) didn't even know they had a bulk cutting machine (machine that cuts like 50 pages at a time) I pointed it out to her and she admitted that she didn't even know what it was.. Also, the employee didn't even know how to change the settings on a PowerPoint file to print on a certain size paper... An extremely simple task! It blew my mind that they were so incompetent and under trained! I will take my print needs to the Quincy Business Center going forward!!
