I went yesterday to buy sugar, because it’s was urgent; the price at the article was marked $4.99, but the cashier charge to me $5.99. I ask why he did charge $1 dollar more (No cents, a dollar); but David Mun (the name at the recibe) tell me that he can’t do it nothing. He answered that I have to talk to the owner. The employee is a laziest that I founded, If they want to upper the prices, they must change the prices, but they don’t care and I feel cheater and there is no where to report these things. ~Catalina

I like this hospital, they take good care of your furry family. Since it's not appointment based, first you wait in line to get registered. Then they tell you approximately how long till you will be called in. After they call you in, it goes smoothly and efficiently. You might have a shirt wait in the lobby till they prep your room. The staff and doctors are very nice and friendly. ~Petia

Today 04/29 at 9:00 p.m. 1 of the 2 employees in that work hours, she has the worst customer service in the whole world, the short woman, the other one was nice, but that one super rude, no smiling, honestly If you don't like customer service, you don't have to do. Please, it's not fair for customers to put up with your bad mood… It was a bad time, she didn't answer questions, she just moved her head and her mouth with a very bad face. I don’t know, and her face… I was about to record it!! So so Sad! (She is a short and a little fat) God Bless her. The other woman she was friendly and had good customer service she smiled with customers. I know that you can have personal problems but I also work in customer service and believe me it is difficult but we must put personal issues aside and be kind to our customers no matter what. ~Maria

Came in for a slow leak in a tire on my rental car. I had a plane to catch and needed to get in & out as quickly as possible. Savanna was understanding and very nice and her team delivered in about 45 minutes. Outstanding experience! ~RDob

Awesome employees!!! I purchased some wipers with the patient help of a black female. Also, a black male employee attached them for me. My car is older, so it took him awhile but he didn't quit.
