This was my first visit to this location of Pep Boys. The service manager, Carlos Molina was exceptionally helpful. I had only planned to get an oil change, but the inspection led to replacement of all four struts, plus wheel alignment. Carlos gave me a detailed cost estimate for all of the maintenance, and agreed to do all of the work before close of business that day, while I waited.

I came in on my lunch hour to get an oil change. I told the manager this up front of my time limitation and he said no problem. After getting upset, I finally got my car back an hour and a half later. The managers last words to me were. We're not jiffy lube. If an oil change requires your mechanic to pick rocks out of my tires, You should have never taken my keys. Period.

Came in for a slow leak in a tire on my rental car. I had a plane to catch and needed to get in & out as quickly as possible. Savanna was understanding and very nice and her team delivered in about 45 minutes. Outstanding experience!

Took car in for servicing and two weeks later break light, abs light, and traction control light comes on. They don’t know what caused it, although I’m not sure if they properly diagnosed it in under an hour. Going to take the car to the dealership. Should’ve ate that cost instead of now paying basically double. Update: Pep Boys has worked to resolve the situation, starting by hiring a new manager, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. I have added another star and will continue to do business with them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most incompetent shop in California don’t go there just waisted 2 days in a row for alignment for them to tell me their guy is not here again. And they confirmed appointment. Ridiculous!!!

So bit frustrated. Have an appointment scheduled for 2pm and I’m here but welcomed to a sign saying no one will be back til 2:15pm. All employees in the store are ignoring me. No greeting, no asking for help, nothing...instead when I make eye contact they scurry away and I’m seeing them sit on their phones. Will provide update...

Stopped to get some window wipers for my Toyota Camry this place is stock good employees are nice and nice clean it's down the street from where I work and shopping at Pep Boys since I was a kid long time ago good to see they're still in business I love retail

I literally never rate a place with 1 star, but a few hours after I went there I still feel annoyed by the service. First I had an appointment and even with the promise of 30 minutes oil change, they took 2:30 minutes, on top of that, the person in the white uniform who is suppose to be in the front desk, isn't here and I waited in the counter for another 30 minutes while I was watching him helping two girls with their car, I though that they have mechanics for that, my car was literally ready for 30 minutes, no costumers jus bad service. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE THE WORST TIME OF YOUR LIFE.
