Keep up the good work!!! ______________________ Previous Review Below ______________________ I want to send some praise to the two fellows working Saturday evening on 2/13/22. Very helpful and, honestly a really fun experience. Had some much needed laughs and I felt like appreciated as a customer. The visit made me reminisce of a simpler time when you'd visit the neighborhood auto shops of old searching for parts and receiving that ol' fashion customer service (member those days?). Sadly, those days are long gone. Lucky for me, these two fellows were around and made for an awesome experience. Long Live HP (Huntington Park..Inside Joke) Lol

I bought a wheel lock kit a while ago from a different branch but lost the key adjuster so I went here to buy a new one since this location was the closest one. I brought the package in and asked a mid age male worker, I think the name was Richard, to see if they have it. I have no idea if he misunderstood me or he was having a bad day, he did not even bother checking or looking up the product I was looking for, instead he was totally rude and mean for no apparent reason. I did the work myself and walked around the store and found the item on my own and purchased it. Even then, at the checkout he dismissed the one that I found on my own saying they are not the same thing. All the measurements matched, just the label font and the coloring of the packaging were different but same tool regardless. It just makes you question whether he is truly bad at differentiating products he sell or good at discriminating the customers. I got treated so badly for a simple small transaction, wasn’t even a complex task. Wouldn’t recommend this guy if you are ever in this location and need to ask for help.

I called in and talked to Danny. Asked for some parts and he said that he have them all in stock. But when I arrived he said that it was a mistake and he only have 1 out of 4 parts i asked about. He said it like nothing happened - i spent almost 2 hours in traffic for nothing. More over he was rude and when i asked to call other stores to see who might have it - he just turned around and left.

Called ahead to pick up a part. Was told it was in stock, showed up and they didn’t have it. Whatever happened to checking on it before you said you had it instead of just trusting on a cpu.
