Best credit union in Lodi, California (CA) 2024

I went in today to make a deposit (not just a few hundred dollars) and I was told that it is not their policy to deposit 3rd party checks. I understand why they have that policy. There is always a chance that fraud is involved. I informed them that my wife (who the check was written to) was in my car and I could get her to come in to see that it was not fraud. We have banked at this location for years and feel that when you eliminate the chance of fraud by bringing your wife into the bank that the manager could have done more to help us. Now my sizable deposit is at another bank and I am considering closing this account. On a side note, they sent a person out of the bank and they walked up to my car to make sure that there was really a wife, I suppose in the passenger seat. lol ~Kelly

I wanted to move my personal car loan from my old credit union to my new credit union. I went in to just get info and in an hour I had been approved and my new loan was being transferred.
