7 Best grocery store in Long Beach, California (CA) 2024

There food is very overpriced and the selection is poor at best. They are price gouging and taking full advantage of the poor folks like me who have limited food stamps. I only go there because I need to, not because I like to. ~Gabriel

It is a nice store located in the outdoor mall on pacific coast highway and 2nd street in Long Beach. There is always a little bit of a line here, but the employees are always so helpful to me and they actually take you to location of the item instead of just telling you which aisle it is on. The parking lot is always well lit and people are usually busy walking around. ~Ashley

A good shopping experience but prices alittle higher than other grocery stores. I find my best shopping at Vons is when they have sales because the sales are usually very good savings. They also have $5 Friday and buy 5 and save more. ~Dottsie

First place where i walk in get greeted right away. I purchased some meat they packed it really nice for me in a tray. When i was checking out the owner was there who was a really nice person, he asked if it was my first time shopping there i told him it was and he gave me a quick run down of the specials they have on weekends and how he seasons the meat himself he also gave me a free container of guacamole. All in all my experience shopping there was great. Friendly staff very talkative and welcoming, the meat i purchased was seasond good it tasted great. Definitely will be shopping here more often and recomending friends to shop there. ~as3kone

Scammer Alert I bought 1 mild 1 lighter 3.12 with 50 sent card used now I have a charge for atm withdrawal 3.00 beware don't use card here if these doesn't clear I'm just gonna write a report. Alltogether charged 6.12 for 1 mild 1 lighter I have receipt new lows this is haunting stop 🛑 it ~Josue
