Best optician in Los Angeles, California (CA) 2024

Poor customer service last March 24, around noon. My friend and I came to buy for Rayban Sunglasses but the Lady who “supposed” to help us, told me I will have hard time finding the right sunglasses because my nose bridge is too low. That was offending. I told her she wasn’t nice with that comment, we left and bought in Sunglass hut at Macy’s. ~Ana

Yesenia was great - sunny, upbeat, positive & 100% pro all the way - from the moment we walked in! My partner & I had both gotten new prescription glasses from a high end Beverly Hills place a week earlier & were completely dissatisfied. We explained our issues & Yesenia said, “No problem, we can take care of everything - we’ll make it right for you”. And she absolutely did. We were amazed - both my partner and I knew immediately when we went back & put the new glasses on that they were just right, as promised. And for a fraction of the price we had paid in Beverly Hills. Also, we had both found frames we love within about 5 minutes. Great selection, great glasses, great service.
