Best yoga studio in Mammoth Lakes, California (CA) 2024

I've been a member of Yoga Lab Mammoth since moving here in October of last year. Owner Sarah (former Snowcreek Fitness Director, CorePower instructor) and her A-list line-up of knowledgeable, laid-back teachers offer challenging, creative classes - many in a heated setting which feels sooo good, esp. during chilly winter months. Yoga classes are designed for all levels but teachers offer modifications and varying degrees of difficulty, so it's challenging for more advanced practitioners. Yoga Lab recently announced a partnership with YogaWorks and is offering their 200 hour teacher training - a first in Mammoth. A really great little studio that I'm so happy I found. ~Susan
