I have been their costumer since 2019, today I went to this specific location and took my rental car because my car is in shop. I asked the girl to use my account since I am using the rental car. She said there is no way she can do that. She said she has to cancel my account and open a new account with the rental car! I donโt want the sticker on the rental car that I am returning. And then she said when you get your car back we have to cancel this account and open a new one for your car!๐ณ๐ at the end I had to pay for the car to be washed! Also the car rear did not get cleaned at all! When I got the membership the person who helped me told me โIf you happen to have rental car just let us know we will take care of it.โ But that was not what happened. My husband and I are considering canceling our membership with this car wash. I had such bad experience today. ~Sharolin
