Best coffee shop in Mission Viejo, California (CA) 2024

Have bought sourdough bread several times and it had large air pockets. Made several complaints and the excuse was the pandemic or the oven is not working properly. Never once they accepted that their making process was broken. Go learn how to need the dough. I see lot of Panera locations have closed permanently I wonder why? Quality of food & service are the key ingredients for success. ~NGH
