Best pet store in Mission Viejo, California (CA) 2024

Oh my goodness I loooooovvvveeeeeee Halas Paws!!!!! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about their products. They are able to answer important questions and are extremely patient, kind, warm, professional, approachable….. the list can go on and on. I’m so glad I found this gem. They have quality items and customer service is so personalized. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else ever. I don’t think I can explain my gratitude for the care me and my fur babies get. Plus their unique toys and treats (most of which my babies can eat because they are better products and have more unique flavors than just chicken or beef) Don’t shop anywhere else.
