For the most part the assistant nurses are excellent. Watch out for Lucy! She is very condescending to the patient's family members. If you complain to the head nurse Jaenntte she will address the issue but she will not get back to the family members or patient on a resolution or prevention of reoccurrence. Cathy and Kevin are very respectable nurse assistants. They are good to their patients and truly care for them. ~Lexi
