I came across Kier Design as I was looking for decor for my new apartment. The girls working were beyond helpful with design suggestions, not to mention their amazing taste in decor. It was such a wonderful experience I can't wait to come shop again! ~Triana

Finally here! About 20 minutes late for my appointment. My GPS was losing signal around the hills and took me somewhere else. I was lucky there was no line of other passport applicants waiting. I was worried about that after reading other pretty bad reviews. The lady; Michelle, who helped me with my passport was nice and patience enough with my application. She did everything in a not-rushing-kinda-way and made sure everything was done correctly. I appreciate her efforts and detailed oriented work. I don't mind a bit slow process behind the counter if need be. The place was clean, well maintained and not looking old like need a paint job like quite a lot of other post offices in SFV. The only problem is there weren't many parking spaces & they were metered (i was only here once and parked at the front) so.. maybe the local residents know more parking area/s? I'm not sure. This alone took away one of the stars. I'm very particular in parking! Other than that, I received a professional service here. ~Mango
