The same experience at every USPS. It seems like they can't fire their employees no matter how bad they are at their jobs. We had a passport appointment, but had to wait at least 30 minutes past our time to get seen. The appointment itself only took about 5 minutes - which was very fast. The workers make you feel like you did something wrong by coming into the post office and ruining their day.

Finally here! About 20 minutes late for my appointment. My GPS was losing signal around the hills and took me somewhere else. I was lucky there was no line of other passport applicants waiting. I was worried about that after reading other pretty bad reviews. The lady; Michelle, who helped me with my passport was nice and patience enough with my application. She did everything in a not-rushing-kinda-way and made sure everything was done correctly. I appreciate her efforts and detailed oriented work. I don't mind a bit slow process behind the counter if need be. The place was clean, well maintained and not looking old like need a paint job like quite a lot of other post offices in SFV. The only problem is there weren't many parking spaces & they were metered (i was only here once and parked at the front) so.. maybe the local residents know more parking area/s? I'm not sure. This alone took away one of the stars. I'm very particular in parking! Other than that, I received a professional service here.

Very bad staff, failing for delivery mail! I called them today and ask for a delivery eatimate and they told me before 4 p.m. they never come! Very bad customer service. The postal “female” that delivers its going for a “nap” on Amalfi drive!! Very rude staff, I just moved in the area and they could not gave me an estimate but having tone. Inside the building it’s very nasty very bad and lazy service. I am ashamed of coming here and being served!!! All fired, especially the manager!!! And the post woman that sleeps in the car instead of delivery!!!! Really?? Go home and sleep!

This building needs to be investigated for work hostile environment, One of my drivers was delivering multiple Pallets and was called foul names, my driver was discriminated, for his weight, we deliver to this property everyday servicing 1000's of customers for my drivers to be treated like this , its inhumane, and very Un-American. This will be escalated.

It is a pleasure to visit my local post office. I commend the staff there for their efficiency and consistent good nature - always pleasant and welcoming. Kudos to Angela, Michelle, and René, and to Janice whom I believe to be a newcomer to the team.

Do not go to this post office for passport!!!!!! The guy working at this post office is really terrible. I was waiting in line for a passport appointment at 1230. People came in for their appointment at 1221 (their appointment was at noon and they were late) the guy pushed them ahead of me and made me wait outside. When asked why I was being moved he told me there was nothing he could do. I suggested he let me keep my original appointment time and push them after and he refused. Now I can't do this and have to schedule for another day. This guy was the worst.

Horrible place. Made me pay $30 to mail my money order claiming it was "safer." Turns out the recipient didn't even sign for the envelope when it arrived, I paid $30 for nothing. I tried to certify my mail the next time I mailed my money order and they refused to certify it for me. Go somewhere else.

I am so grateful to have a local post office! I have been friendly with the staff and they have always been friendly and helpful with me. Sometimes there are long lines if you want to talk to the staff as opposed to using the machines, especially at holiday times, but you just have to prepare for that. It is also convenient that you can get your passport renewed at this location. The lady who helps with that is sometimes difficult to understand, but you always get the message in the end. I use this post office a lot and I wouldn't want to lose it.

Waited for almost three hours to be seen when I was applying for my passport even though there were three employees that could have helped me. Their reason for taking so long was that the main lady who does them was on lunch break from 10:30-3:30, which is absolutely absurd; she did not even show up. Then my passport was rejected because they took such awful photos so I had to go back and redo them. Now I may not even get my passport by the time I need to leave. Something needs to change.

Regularly (as in, ~50% of the time) have packages marked out for delivery that do not come for another day or two, or have scans fail to occur at this post office. Often, I get a package without them even scanning it as arriving. Even after the fact, their system shows it in bell gardens, and then delivered at my house sometimes (when there othetwise should be 3-4 scans between those locations). All of these packages are first class express, usually 2 day or something similar. Not standard snail mail. On top of that, I have had to go to the post office on several occasions to hand-receive mail that is marked "status not updated", and an employee looks in the back and less than 2 minutes later says "well sir it was sitting right here" like somehow that's my fault. Dunno why they are so disorganized but it's a really bad location. Additionally, through perhaps no fault of their own, the mail burden gets worse and worse and it seems the gov't has cut their staffing so a poor mail person is running back and forth all day, sometimes meaning we get our mail at 6 pm instead of, a few years prior, 10 or 11. He always seems really out of breath and he's in very good shape so he's clearly stressed and in a hurry. I feel bad for him as he's clearly overworked. Maybe the USPS should throw these people a bone and either do some consulting or give them an extra employee or two.
