Bought a vape two days ago. Worked the first time then started messing up later that night. Came back to the shop to see what we can do about it. I paid cash… turns out the employee did not ring up my cash transaction. No receipt was offered to me either. Therefore the manager was not able to help me get a replacement for the defective vape. GET YOUR RECEIPTS! These employees seem to be pocketing the cash.

I was stopping in here to buy my vape since I know they carry what I like. When I started buying it there it was 14.00 then went to over 20.00. This is the same vape I get a Tubular Tokes in St Pete for 11.00. I was going out of town for a concert so this was convenient for me to stop here. Yesterday my husband was with me and he got a Delta 8 vape the same he has bought many other times and we were charged over 60.00 for it the same cape he has gotten at countless other shops for 40-45. I walked out spending 82.00 and felt sick about it. Anywhere we would have bought these 2 items it would have been at the most 60.00. You guys are WAY overpriced. Nice shop but ripping people off like that won’t make you retain customers.

This is the first vape I've bought and I was really looking forward to a pro walking me through the purchase and care of my new vape. From what I experienced the owner didnt recommend the right strength of the vape liquid and also didnt recommend the correct power which led to my new vape leaking. If you already know what you're doing then this will be a great place if you're a local but if not maybe go somewhere else

Shop is clean and well kept. Customer service was great. It was my first time visiting the store, I was in palmetto on business and needed to kill some time. DNA Vapor was a block away, so I wandered over to check out what they had. I ended up walking out with a 100ml bottle of liquid for under $30.
