Pizz'a Chicago

A wonderful pizzeria in Palo Alto, right off El Camino. It’s themed around all things Chicago and is known for its deep dish pizzas. They have a number of options for vegetarians and you can customize your pizza to be half and half. A 10 inch pizza can feed one very hungry person. Portions are generous and service is quick. Really liked the ‘sears tower’ pizza which is their signature veggie pizza. It contains a nice blend of vegetables like zucchini, olives, capsicums etc and has a crunchy cheesy crust. We also got the white Sox pizza which is a Delicious combination of white sauce, cheese and sun dried tomatoes. I didn’t ask if it’s halal but will definitely return for vegetarian pizzas. ~A

Dolma Tibetan Handicraft

Despite Google's title of this being a woman's handcrafted store, there is plenty to explore for both genders that are hand made and unique. The brilliance behind the sculptures and artwork that surrounds this petite shop is what attracts the eye. There can even be discounted merchandise or clothing outside of the shop as well. Young and friendly staff. Highly recommend paying a visit. ~Ryan

Papa John's Pizza

Its really good for one of the big three chains. Subtle sweetness to sauce, thick crunchy crust. I got a large 3 topping pepperoni and sausage and the toppings are fine. They made the pizza really fast, i walked there, about 10 minutes, and they had it done for me. Really nice people working there, i almost felt a real human connection, and thats rare. You should check it out. ~Gabriel

SliderBar Restaurant

We came to have a sweet bite, ordered two milkshakes - strawberry and vanilla. We paid around 12 usd for both of them. We sat at a table outside, waited some minutes before the shakes came. Milkshakes were served in plastic cups, the size was rather small. The milkshakes were more like liquid icecream - no fruits or juice. The strawberry milkshake was veeery good - refreshing and tasty. However, the vanilla one, although tasted ok, was warm, like melted icecream that stayed outside for an hour :( may be it did.. The place is otherwise nice - stylish interior, soft lounge music, great location. Definitely worth to be visited. ~veronika

Letter Perfect

This CUTEST shop to visit in Palo Alto! The owner has worked there for over 25 years and is very kind and genuine. They deliver personal and professional customer service in this tiny shop. There are so many cards, books, stationary, and trinkets to look at, the owner has impeccable taste! I’ve bought some cards and postcards here, as well as a wax sealing kit. There are no photos allowed inside or else I would attach a few here! ~Hannah

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

We went to this resto to use our gift cards. Not really a fan of flashy restaurants. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. No reservations so we went to the bar. Staff are nice and helpful. The Ceasar's salad has good crispy bacon and thin slices of cheese. Gives great accent to the fresh veggies. The seabass has good texture and fine taste with a hint of orange. I don't like fish but the sweet aftertaste of seabass made me reconsider. The chix breasts has good smoky flavor, not salty and so soft and moist that I forgot this is a steak house. For a cheapskate like me, I would say this place is over-rated and over priced but with the gift cards, I don't mind the price at all :) My dinner experience was good at this place. Definitely will come again when I have gift cards (hint hint)... ~Terran
