Best convenience store in Pomona, California (CA) 2024

Great liquor store with great prices! Has everything you could want, good beer selection, great amount of snacks, they even have rim paste for micheladas. Also the staff was super friendly! ~Victor

My Experience this afternoon at 7-ELEVEN was great!!! I was greeted upon entering Store from the 2 Employee's behind counter with their bright big smiles and attentive personalities. A Genuine Warm Welcome. During my transaction the Employee who helped me asked me if I had the 7-ELEVEN app and waited patiently for me to get my phone ready so she can scan my code even tho there was quite a few people on the line behind me and when the P.O.S. was done she politely asked me if I wanted a bag 🙂. Least I can say is my Trip to 7-ELEVEN this afternoon was a Better Experience then I've had in awhile at this Location. Especially since I wasn't mistreated by the Manager with her negative attitude towards me or any other Customer in the Store. It's Amazing how one Employee with a negative attitude can make a Store Experience less than desirable. This is coming from a Person that was a Store Manager for several Years "Myself" who knows when other People in the Customer Service Industry fall short of their Public Customer Service Guidelines. With that said... I would like to Add that this Stores Appearance has Greatly Improved over the last Year or so and looks like a Real 7-ELEVEN should. But looks aren't Everything when the Manager is Rude and mistreats her Customers. Im glad the Manager wasn't there during this Visit otherwise my rating most likely wouldn't have been 5 stars. Because I've hadn't had any Positive Experiences with her for the last year or so. ~SirJ
