I have been a member of of 24 hour fitness for some 30 years, and I have benefited from going. In March of this year I joined "Anytime Fitness" as a "silver" inductee simply because it was closer than El Cajon. Had I known what "Anytime Fitness" had to offer I would have joined long ago. I have been working out in various gyms all my life so I thought I had it all covered. I did not. As a senior I am not only getting the strength training we all need, but also the flexibility, balance, and core strength training as well. The trainers custom fit your exercises to fit your ability.
