Can I just say how much I ADORE Safe Credit Union??? My account was unfortunately comprised(most likely from online holiday shopping), and I had to dispute a charge and cancel my debit card. When I say the process was not only painless, but a delight, I mean that with my entire heart. I came into this branch and worked with Rachel G. and oh my goodness, what an absolute gem she is! She was so sweet and funny and helpful! She was extremely thorough and walked me through step by step on how to set my new debit card up. I woke up this morning with anxiety from the fraudulent charges and I’m happy to say I now feel completely at ease with the entire situation. It’s hard to keep your information secure these days online, hackers are faster and smarter than before. But I firmly believe it’s very telling in how you’re treated by your banking establishment when it does happen.
