The phone-robot put me on hold. For 25 minutes. Then 10 minutes. Then 35 minutes. I finally drove 35 minutes to the location: They were not answering the phone, due to understaffing. Bathroom was filthy, with no TP. I found out they pay their employees only minimum wage, and zero are full time, and that the employees don't have Healthcare. This store's policy to fire those who don't get the "clot-shot" vaccine! Management's excuse for not filing prescriptions in a timely manner is blamed on a shortage of employees, but these shortages are due to policies and poor pay that CVS itself has caused. If you're NOT GONNA ANSWER THE PHONE, then update the phone-robot to say "sorry, no one is going to answer the phone". ~Charles
