This is worst Chase branch I have ever been to. Super not responsible, and I absolutely hate it.
What happened was I went to the branch to deposit a check, and wish to split some of the money to pay my credit card. The lady at the window said she would not be able to do it at the moment because she would need to wait at least one day to get the check processed first. And she said she felt bad to leave it for me to do this at home and asked me to trust her to pay the credit card for me the next day. I said sure.
Four days later, the credit card has not been paid. And it past the due date. I got charged for the interest.
I called the branch, a guy picked up the phone, I asked to speak to the manager, he told me the manager was in a meeting. I asked for a call back and left my name and phone number. Nothing happened, nobody calls me back.
A few days later, I made another call to the branch. This time, a lady picked up the phone, and I told her what happened. She said she felt sorry and she would be able to get it resolved. I asked her to give me a call back when it gets resolved. Again, she did not call me eve since. Nothing happened.
As this branch is so far away from where I live, the only way to connect with them is over the phone. Five days after the second call, I called them again. This time, another guy picked up the phone. He said I would need to call the number at the back of card by myself to get this resolved. And they would have the person name who did the original transaction and get things done, which I doubted him right away. Since I did not believe that credit card service would have my checking account transaction information. And he insisted that they did. So we hang up the phone and I called the number at the back. And they just told me that they would need the person's name who handled the transaction as they did not have it. GODDDDDDD, are you kidding me????????
I trusted the guy on the phone from the credit card services. But the people at this chase branch, why are you guys so UNPROFESSIONAL and UN RESPONSIBLE??????!!!!!!! I am very upset with this whole experience. Something is wrong with the people at this branch. I have no problems with Chase in general, but his particular branch is killing me! The credit card company just hang up on me said I would need to talk into this branch to let them call while I was there.
Their unprofessional behaviors really upset me. And my time are wasted. I ABSOLUTELY HATE this branch. ~xing
