Been going for awhile. Always satisfied. Went Saturday for them to take care of enormous small spec's of tree sap all over car and windows. Said would have to use some kind of acid wash and wax it,due to use of this. Had to return today because of not doing very good job. My car is black and no problem to redo. My car had damage on my bumper, and couple spots on top of trunk, paint was off. Boss claims how could that happen. I have to prove that they did it. They just lost a frequent customer.😠 ~Cherie
