Best pet supply store in Rocklin, California (CA) 2024

The owner Jennifer is incredibly rude and will not give me a refund on a web ordered bag that is defective. The bag was two hundred dollars and has the worst quality. I have never had an issue returning anything that I've purchased online until now. This shop has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. There is nothing posh about this business. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!! I love your response Jennifer. I received the ugly metro bag on Friday ( 3 weeks after I ordered it) and do not even have a puppy yet. I contacted your shop via email beginning Sunday for a return label as you well know. I would never use a cheap looking bag like this not to mention the fact that I have a broken hip and recovering from surgery. I can't even carry one my own purses now. You are truly a piece of cake like all of your other one star reviews. People BEWARE of this woman. Who on earth would use a puppy bag and then return it? Seriously!!! ~Tiffany
