I was there to update my plan. The young lady was very helpful and listed out all the options for me. She was very patient and helpful. She also keep me updated with the current promotions. I enjoyed the service that this Cricket location. ~Michelle

The Customer is always wrong!!!!.. From now on I will waste gas going to a corporate store then to deal with a store that wont help a loyal Customer... Youtube your own research on the device your looking to purchase.. No on there knows anything about the phones on display. They go off of "we've havent had any complaints".. ~Michael
