Great shop, Jimmy and his teams are honest, professional, and reliable. I went to NuTech for the first time because of the good online review I read. I was there for the wheel alignment, and also asked for the tire rotation. When the technician took off the wheels, he inspected the suspension components and took a few clear pictures of the parts seriously worn out. The pictures were sent to my mobile phones instantly, and Jimmy clearly explained the issues and made the suggestion. Jimmy didn’t push me to make the decision right away, and didn’t even charge me for the tire rotation and the inspection when I left.
