I went in this morning to make a wire transfer. The bank teller (Mariah) was great. She processed the transaction quickly and had me review the information to make sure everything was correct, but then the bank manager had to approve the transaction. I had more than twice as much money in my account than was required to cover the transaction but the manager got confused about the transaction amount and she informed me that she would need to cancel the transaction. She proceded to argue with me for about ten minutes before she realized her mistake and agreed to allow the transaction to proceed. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, but I did not appreciate the rude and condensending tone she used during our conversation. ~Greg
