I am a new U.S. Bank customer, but so far my experience has been excellent. I left Bank Of America after 8 years to come here. This branch treats their customers like family, and the manager Kristal, is a phenomenal employee, assisting me efficiently in remedying a hold. ~Ryan

For the most part I always have a good experience when shopping at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have always opened more check outs when it is needed. ~Chelle

The store has pretty much whatever you need. Except for cashiers working the registers. When there was one, there was a mad rush of people blocking off the isles. It's like an obstacle course in there so beware. ~Sonie

Yesterday I had a store pickup. As I walked out the store with my cd in my hand along with receipts the alarm goes off and I walk up to the greeter with cd and receipt in hand and he makes the comment that"Oh its probably your purse"WTH? (Hemet) what kind of ish is that?Are you saying that im stealing?"Oh no I was just saying that the barcode could still be on your purse"again WTH?I didn't buy my purse from walmart.These folks out here. ~shannel

What a nightmare. At least 20 people waiting to check out with 1 register and 4 self check out. The self checkout registers are garbage. Such a struggle to ring yourself up. You’d think with the money they save from not having as many employees they’d get equipment that work properly. Prices are cheaper down the road at Bargain Market grocery outlet. ~Jimmy
