This is NOT the place you would want to work! The terminal Manager Ruperto Macapagal does not know how to do his job and has certain employee's he favors. The Outbound Operations Supervisor Daniel Tobar does not know how to be professional with his employee's, he will let certain employee's he is "friends" with hang out in the office, take long breaks and not do any work. Daniel Tobar is also a bully to the employee's he does not care for and will belittle them on the dock while they are working. Complaints have been made to Maya Mendoza the HR Regional Manager of how the employee's are being treated and nothing has been done. This company really needs better management all around. ~Vanessa
