This Uhaul dealer is a scam. We traveled 24.2 miles, between Santa Rosa to Windsor and back again and got charged for 74 miles. When we brought this to the man at the counter’s attention, he said they sometimes write in the wrong starting miles into their computer but since we didn’t check the miles before we left, it is our loss. If you decide to take the risk by renting here, double check the miles, before leaving. But I recommend avoiding the risk all together and going somewhere else. ~Elise

Overall good experience. Bought moving boxes. Rented a U-Haul pretty painlessly! Could have used more help to my car since I had a small child with me so the customer service wasn't a 100%. But they did offer to retrieve the cart when I was done which I declined so maybe it was all on me! ~Jasmin
