Best auto parts store in South El Monte, California (CA) 2024

They sold me a truck that had electrical problems, stalling during idling, and leaking oil. I took it back to them under warranty and over a week later they returned it with no work done except for one oil leak. I had to take the truck to a reputable repair (Pep Boys) where they found the cause of the issues and repaired them. Now I'm out $1,300 for repairs they should've fixed before offering it for sale. I showed them the receipt for the work done and they won't return any messages. Wow... Just wow. Go somewhere else...ANYWHERE else than here. They don't check their vehicles before re-selling them at their lot. Their idea of a vehicle inspection is to wash the car then it's ready for sale! I wonder how many people have actually taken them to court to hold them accountable? ~Art

Their customer service is wonderful, Danny can tell exactly what parts is compatible for my car and above all the price are reasonable and way cheaper than dealer. Highly recommended and definitely will come back. ~Emily
