I came in tonight and it was 40 minutes before closing time. There were two teenage girls helping customers. I asked for the restroom key because my mom needed to use it. They claimed someone was in there and made my mother wait about 10 minutes before they took a look and gave me attitude while looking for the key. My mother explained that the restroom was in disgusting conditions and that there was no toilet paper available. As my husband and I ordered our 3 subs they were rushing us to get us out of there. They claimed that they never had barbecue sauce for one of our subs when I have ordered it for my little brother for the past 7 years. I was annoyed by their attitude at that point. An older gentleman walked in asking for a meatball sub and they looked at each other saying that they threw out the meatballs already. As we were leaving they had already closed one of the exit doors and turned off the “Open,” light sign. This was around 9:40 pm clearly 20 minutes before closing. Another gentlemen had walked up to the door and it was closed. I don’t know if he was able to get in or not. I was so dissatisfied by their work ethic and customer service. I truly enjoy coming to this subway but from now on I will only come when there’s adults working. I hope these girls learn to be more respectful. ~Estefanny

Ordered a party platter and also 12 cookies and chips. There were not enough cookies on display so the gentleman pulled cookies from a drawer behind the counter. The girl ringing me up told him the cookies looked burned and he responded they were fine and bagged them up with the chips. When I arrived at my destination I realized the cookies were burned and not editable, and the sandwiches had more lettuce than meat. Very disappointed. ~Cheryl

The people are nice enough. But I wish I asked more questions about the summer pass. It really didn’t explain what you would have access to. Have to buy a day pass for the rock wall. From a marketing position you should make everything accessible so then if people like it enough they’d actually buy a membership for the year. We moved here from Georgia where we had a base pool, community housing pool and a ymca membership. Base pool here was closed this year so we found this. However had I known most of the time that the pools were used for the summer club kids, classes and swim lessons the whole day and half the pool was closed off for the rest of us I would never have come here. I wish they had a clear schedule we can look at where we’d have some freedom to actually enjoy the pool. At the ymca they did. And any time we went we could actually enjoy the pool. Waste of money. Wanted to like it cause I would have Invested in a membership. ~Karrinna

Wonderful breakfast here in Joy Of Eating! I think we've found our go to "hole in the wall" that we've been looking for. Martha is the sweetest waitperson ever! She was very attentive. We will come back here for sure. ~L

Portions, portions, portions! Wow, for the price that you pay, Bab's does NOT play. I was very surprised at how plentiful the plate was, especially since the sausage patty I ordered was unexpectedly HUGE and reminiscent of a smash burger 🍔 The fried rice option also took me by surprise and I opted to try; it did not disappoint. If you're ever in Suisun and stuck between deciding where to grab breakfast/brunch/lunch, this is a wonderful place to go. Shout-out to the awesome server we had as well, as she graciously accommodated for our large party of 13 with ease. ~Kelly
